i really enjoyed the pool area, it looked great! staff members like rishin and ravindra took care of all my needs. the turn down service included little gifts each evening, i found that to be a lovely touch. they offered free activities, including yoga and puppet shows.
i found the room size was a bit smaller than i expected for the price i paid.

The hotel has a well-equipped gym. I noticed several treadmills and stationary bikes. the outdoor pool area included ample loungers and shaded sections, perfect for relaxation. there are also various free activities available , yoga and puppet shows.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices each morning. i thought the food was AMAZING!!! mohan mahal restaurant offered a unique dining experience with excellent food. they served multiple international brands of whiskey and wine.

the check-in process featured live music and a flower petal shower, very cute. the staff provided warm water with salt for my sister's headache, which really helped. concierge provided great local recommendations, a testament to their commitment to excellence.

underwhelming experience
dirty balconyloud event
The balcony wasn't clean, i noticed all plants were dead. a loud event occurred at the hotel. Very loud speakers were used, and this noise could be heard throughout the hotel. this really ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing day. the hotel had previously asked to remove my mini speaker due to possible noise complaints, i found it ironic.

I was frustrated with a few things . The balcony was not clean. All the plants were dead. I had to move rooms because of a very loud event at the hotel. This party used loud speakers. It ruined my relaxing day. The hotel asked to take away a mini speaker because of noise complaints?!

the food was acceptable.
the room lock did not function. the rainfall shower head also malfunctioned and emitted a drainage odor upon use. the balcony door featured a significant crack, which allowed mosquitoes and other insects to enter.

underwhelming stay at a pricey hotel
loud air conditioningslow shower drain
the room i got wasn't great. the air conditioning made a loud noise all night, and i couldn't adjust the temperature. also, the bathroom had a strange smell, and the shower drain was slow. staff said they would fix this, but it was still a problem when i left. the value didn't match the price paid, thats for sure.
